Schwab Cup Scenarios

So, this year's Charles Schwab Cup Championship (the innovation that, in part, gave life to the FedEx Cup) will basically be a rematch of Loren Roberts and Jay Haas. Haas won last year's series Cup by virtue of a putting mistake by the Boss of the Moss. This year, Roberts is in position to win the Schwab Cup and it's million dollar annuity that has been given to a charity each year of its existence.

The points race is a different set up than the FedEx Cup, though. In fact, I think it's better. Anyway, you may unfamiliar with it. And if you're looking for something compelling related to golf this weekend, this is it as the Fall Series event may be a dud given what the players have been saying about Tesoro. (Next week, I'm all about the Euro Tour's season finale.) Here's a breakdown of the scenarios to watch for in Sonoma, California.
